Family BBQ

My 2nd cousin held a family bbq today in celebration of her receiving her doctorate. The BBQ started quite late in the day so it was chilly and cold, and because of its out of the way location not all of my family made it. My brother and I spent a considerable amount of time standing by the empty BBQ pit, for warmth, impatiently wishing that it was filled with chicken.
