Double Chocolate Brownies

I have become semi famous with my uni friends for my chocolate brownies and they have become an essential part of our houses' entertainment whenever someone we want to impress is coming over. As I am back in London for the holidays I wanted to impress my home friends with my new baking skills and I had them running and dancing around the kitchen in an attempt to bake them. All before a climatic episode of Eastenders.

The chocolate used is Galaxy and it tastes out of this world.
