Scotland in spring...

...is truly beautiful!

I usually have a swim at lunch time on a Tuesday but a lunch time meeting got in the way. I did manage to get a walk outside around "the crag" at the office and took lots of potential blips just to find this one of the heather was the one I'd post.

The lack of swim meant I decided to have a run after work whilst Col watched the footie. Can't believe it's nearly bedtime already - where do the days go?

I did get a little excited as we've booked an overnight stay and Spa in Airth Castle for after Col does the Caledonian challenge - it's nice to have something nice to look forward to help us bear the thought of the physical and mental torture that lies ahead in June!
