Champagne brunch at the Peninsula

This Sunday saw most of the rest of our friends arriving. (13.5 of us on the trip in total, where the .5 means Rasmus 1 yr of age :)) We had a FABULOUS brunch at the Peninsula hotel. Wow! For the first time in my life I said no to a champagne top up :) ...they really just kept filling our glasses as soon as we had started eating, so after six or so, I just felt it was time for some water instead. They served us a Moët & Chandon of some kind, but I didn't actually notice which... goes to show my low level of wine and champagne knowledge that I didn't even bother to ask I guess, ahem.
After stuffing my face with tuna sashimi and lots of other yummy dishes (the seafood and sushi station is what you see here), it was time to start the trip to Sabang Beach on Mindanao. We got into vans that took us to a boat that took us to Sabang. Probably took about 3-4 hours, and the 1h boat ride was quite rocky so we sang our way to Sabang - it's the best way to curb sea sickness!!
