Enter stage left

There's a lovely quality to the late evening light these last few days.

I wanted something that captured the glow and the lateness of the moment.

People kept passing this scene, so I thought I'd include someone.

I like the way his elongated shadow stretches to the next doorway, as if it has a mind of its own and wants to press on ahead.

And I like the way the bay window hangs over the scene like a balcony set above a stage set.
