Why does the sun really shine?

A local consultancy called Phase Consultants has a series of different coloured hard hats in its window.

From time to time they change one of the hats for something relating to topical events - a football for the World Cup, a white baseball cap for Wimbledon and so on.

They haven't put a new hat there for a while now, but we keep hoping.

As the evening light slants in from low in the west, I liked the way the hats looked sitting there glowing in the light, framed by the window.

So I blipped it.

We're not sure quite what Phase Consultants do. Other than occasionally rearrange the hats.
