Happy Mother?s day

I woke up to glorious sunshine this morning, reflecting the way I was feeling :)

I waited patiently in bed for the teenagers to get up and make me brekkie at the agreed time.
I got some new earrings and a beautiful scented candle, cards, hugs and a cup of tea. Then we went to vittles for breakfast.

It makes a change from being in a fencing hall all day; talking of which, Philip Marsh (one of Joe's fencing buddies) has won the world junior championships. He is such a nice lad, we are thrilled for him. We can go 'round bragging now 'we know the under 20s epee world champion' he he
(the first brit to win a world title since 1955, look out for him on the tele, well perhaps not, it is only a minority sport!!)
