The Grass is always greener.

Well actually it's not on first cut, it's yellower!

A Day for whoop whoop! Gave the lawn it's first cut of the year! That means Spring has truly Sprung. The Camelia is out in full bloom and the Rhodie, although you can't see it in this picture!

Spent an hour on the phone to the bank! Card got declined again yesterday(remember the Ireland trip and petrol Shenanigans - see what I did there with the Irish thing!:) for a measly £25.98! The guy couldn't tell me why, although there must have been some kind of issue with them, for I started out talking to Arj , based in India (2nd day and blip running!!!) and after holding to 'Take That' for about 5 minutes maybe more, I suddenly had Andrew on the phone, clearer line, posh London accent.

Very apologetic, could see it had been declined but couldn't see why, and after holding a further 10 mins, by which time Gary Barlow was beginning to really annoy me, Andrew arrived back needing to go away and look into it, promising to call me back within 10 mins. That was 6 hours ago. guess that won't happen now!

Good News - Bad News was that:
Good News : my brand spanking new iMac arrived today!
Bad News : I was the last delivery on their route, which started within a mile north of my house at 08:00hrs and drove a circle clockwise around North West London down to South West London and back up with me as the last stop! They were within 5 minutes of my house at 8 this morning!!! Waited in all day for this 'anytime between 8am and 6pm!'

Somebody got lucky at 8am this morning!
Guess the Grass is Greener after all!
