Black Cat

I drive past this monument/statue every day nearly. I've no idea what it is supposed to represent or what the history is, but it must be seen by thousands of motorists every day.

It is situated at the junction of the A1 and the A41 Barnet Bypass by Page Road here.

If it wasn't for Blip I would never have stopped to photo it.

If anyone knows what it is I would love to hear about it,
