Visit to the opticians today.

Bad news is that I need a stronger prescription. Hence wearing cheap "off the shelf" specs at the moment - not focusing sharply.

Good news is that the optometrist is my friend's daughter. So, while hubby was having his eyes tested I occupied myself taking photos. Couldn't resist trying on the Deirdre Barlow sunspecs.
