It was 20 years ago today.......

I name this image with no apologies to The Beatles but it was 20 years ago today that Carol became Mrs O. Our friends and earthquake saviours, Deb and Mark were married 5 years to the day after us, hence the trip to Sydney for the 4 of us to celebrate our achievements. Every 5 years we make an effort to go away to celebrate the big day together and this time Sydney was the lucky destination. We took the ferry from Circular Quay round to Darling Harbour in the evening and had a lovely meal and a lovely evening together, I wonder where they will choose in 5 years time?

It got me thinking......

Why on earth did Mrs O say yes, surely she had many many better options than me, this is something I will never understand that?s for sure. I?m glad she did of course otherwise I wouldn?t have had anything to blip today.
