Friday pleasures

Last day of the week ... I was actually counting the hours until the end of my work day. I tried to keep busy at work to make time go by faster. Friday afternoons have that tendency of testing ones patience.

I thought I had packed my car for the weekend only to realize that I had forgotten the most important things: my dresses for those two parties on Saturday night! Duh!! Instead of going through the hassle of driving home after work, only to have to cross the bridge during rush hour again, I decided to walk home during lunch.

At the thought of getting lunch at a different place than the usual tried and tested ones, my colleagues joint me. Today's blip was taken at a little fruit stand while I waited for my colleague. I am not even sure what kind of fruit this is but I loved the colours ... really suited this lovely sunny day!
