Daily Dose of Folic Acid!

One of the foods that I miss the most while at school is Chinese spinach. Good, cooked, green vegetables in general are hard to find on campus, but my mom knows that I miss her spinach the most. So, whenever I come home, she cooks a batch of Chinese spinach just for me. I don't know how she makes it, I just know that it is delicious! :)

Fun fact of the day (especially for anyone out there who might be preggers): Leafy, green vegetables are not the only food source high in folic acid. Egg yolks and sunflower seeds are also high in folate!
