A greenfinch!

Have had a rather pleasant day so far - went to the Marina in the morning for a couple of hours and then went to the local farm shop to buy lunch to share with Ian (I got a bit more than I would have because I was at the marina a little longer than I thought that I would be and I wanted to apologise!).

We whizzed up to an outdoor clothing exhibition which turned out to me nothing more than a large marquee full of checked shirts and wax jackets! So we decided to go and sit in the pub garden for a couple of drinks - luckily we did as I had my choice of blips sitting there. I managed to get photos of greenfinches, goldfinches and sparrows but in the end chose this one as I liked the way he was looking at me!

Just about to get ready to go out for dinner and a few drinks in the village.
