Reasons to visit Thirsk 7

Here is the venue for our great night out for the Hairy Bikers themed meal. It is a very old pub that sits alongside the market place. It used to be what I would describe as a 'spit and sawdust' drinking establishment. When it was taken over a couple of years ago it was transformed into a place to eat, drink and socialise. The inside is beautifully adorned with lots of paintings and blue and white ware on shelves and cupboards. This morning I called in for a coffee and to pick up the list of planned chef evenings and other events throughout the rest of the year - not to be missed!
PS. Bought another lottery ticket, let's see if the horsehoe magic works seeing as I am 'on a roll' this week!
