The Wine Cellar

My spring break vacation started today.

My friend and I decided to kick off the week with a wine tasting party this afternoon at Lynfred Winery in Roselle, IL. The party started with a tour of the winery with a guide who explained the history and how the wine is made. Then we went up to the tasting room and tasted 7 different wines. Three red, three white, and a choice of a two fruit wines. And then they poured everyone a glass of warm glogg. Its a nice "Christmas" wine. We had a great time! I could have posted the group picture....but this one is better looking than we are. haha!

This picture was taken with my new Android cell phone instead of my camera. I had to test out its capabilities. I'm not hating it. ;)

Lots to do this weekend. Steampunk invasion at the Museum of Science and Industry tomorrow.
