Didn't quite make it . . .

I was coming down our hill this morning to be greeted by this apparition. It is positively the most decrepit motor home that I have ever seen. It looks like it tried to make it up the hill, failed and drifted backwards down far enough down the hill to get it out of traffic.

Will it try again?
Will it have enough brake power so as not to end up in the slough at the bottom of the hill?
