St Mary's Loch

We spent the entire day driving home from Cornwall. By the time we got to Moffatt we were bored witless by the motorway so came back the scenic route past the Grey Mare's Tail and St Mary's Loch. It was all so beautiful; balm to the spirit. DaveH blipped the magical land through which we passed.

Earlier on I'd got a much better shot of the Taunton Deane rookery - one of the nests appeared to be a five-storey job. But I thought that perhaps one can have too much of a good thing where rooks are concerned.
