Sugar cane juice

This man is selling sugar cane juice. He feeds the cane into the coloured press, turns the handle and out comes the juice.I see this seller has plastic cups on his stall. Most take away drinks here are dispensed into small plastice bags with a straw stuck in one corner. The sugar cane juice is sweet but without being sickly and is very refreshing in the heat.There are more modern presses available made of aluminium or stainless steel which are probably easier to use and keep clean but I prefer these brightly painted cast iron ones.
