There is a light and it never goes out

This is Eve with the candlestick she made and decorated herself with the encouragement of Donald. I've been trying to read a night time story now and again by candle light and I think Eve gets a kick out of seeing her candlestick get used - so long as she can keep her eyes open.

Other than that a day of minor frustrations all put into their place when Mrs Smith had a call to say that a close relative had suffered a double heart attack. He is the last surviving son and his Mum has seen his other three brothers all die young - I hope that he can hang in there and make a full recovery for the sake of his mum, his wife and his two young daughters.
