Now I am in DSLR territory my obsession with taking close-ups is only going to get worse. I was just messing around with this, but thought the shot gave an interesting shape and I liked how you could read the words enscribed on this, the capo I use for my guitar to change the key without retuning.

Other thoughts from today:

England need to up their game for the Quarter-Finals (assuming we don't get two shock results this weekend).

BBC Four's new comedy "Twenty Twelve" is pretty good.

The 1998 Verve album "Urban Hymns" is totally and utterly immaculate.
