Fairy Castle in Heart of City of London

It is an unknown fact that there is a fairytale castle in the heart of the City - the financial heart of London and the nation. The wicked witch of the bank bonuses has caste a spell over the whole castle and now the sweet princess of common sense has fallen into a deep deep slumber making her unable to aleviate the suffering of her poor subjects such as a £2 per week increase in train fares, yes £2 per week. Who will save us?
