Spell it out like it is.  Breakfast.  Lunch. Dinner.  Why waste any effort on spelling out what type of cuisine or anything specific like that?  Not necessary.  No.

Top tip of the day:

Keeping the seat free next to you on a bus or train is easy: instead of putting your bag on it, smile at people as they're approaching, and pat the seat invitingly.
