One of the best things about working away is coming back home. The other thing is working long hours when I am away. Now this may sound absurd, but the long hours worked, plus the travelling time to get to some of these sites give me the perfect excuse to slip away early on a Friday afternoon. Okay, I could have stayed and carried on working, but I really could not be bothered! When I got home, we had a bite to eat, fed Megan, and then put her down on the playmat. She seemed quite interested - well for a short while anyway. She is nearly 4 weeks old. How time flies!

Not sure what I'm up to this weekend - might try and coax Oliver out to the park or something, a bit of childrens daddy time and more importantly to give Emma a break. Well, its a hard job looking after two children, and even harder when Daddy's not home at tea time.
