Keep on knitting . . . . !

Great day today. Met up with my sister and we headed over to Stromness, to a really lovely knitwear shop. They agreed to buy my socks from me - as many as I can knit! So happy!

We had a good browse round Stromness, Orkney's second town, and in the Red Cross shop I bought a very attractive big glass jar of old buttons. Took me a persuade the staff that I actually wanted the jar and all the buttons! Don't know what I'm going to do with them, but I don't think I'll ever have to buy another button as long as I live!
