Peartree fronts

Peartree terrace faces the sun and almost all the houses have sunny front gardens. Mine is built almost on the roadside with my garden behind facing North. The bonus is my garden gets all the afternoon and evening sun when the fronts are in shade.
Another bonus is my little east facing window that brings the morning into my kitchen with all its light and hope
