Camden, Day 2
Successful day of shopping in Camden market and Bond St/Oxford St. I got a lovely brooch in Butler and Wilson that I'll have to blip at some point, and discovered my inner girly when we visited the bridal department in House of Fraser.
I had planned on going the alternative/gothy route for my wedding gown, but after having a browse in Fairy Gothmother I decided that, despite the corsets being beautiful and super sexy, I don't want to goth it up on my wedding day. When I looked at the more traditional dresses in Frasers I had a wee moment of clarity and decided that's the style I will look at from now on.
The weather turned bitterly cold at around lunchtime but as we were in and out of shops all day it wasn't too annoying. By teatime though we were shopped out and it was getting colder so we decided to eat closer to the hotel. Of course by the time we'd played with all our new purchases and got comfy we couldn't be bothered going back out, so opted for the hotel restaurant. Despite dreadfully slow service the food was really nice. We took half a bottle of wine and half a bottle of water back to the room, and once again showed how hardcore we were by getting straight into our pyjamas and going to bed early.
