Spring comes to Bradford!

After seeing Contentment and Giddyness' recent blips taken at Bradford's Lister Park I felt I really needed to make a visit.

I persuaded Chris to take an hour off from the garden to accompany me as it was such a lovely afternoon.

The most striking thing were these drifts of crocus all along the parks border with the main road. They were so beautiful - it was hard to choose from the many pictures I took.

We also visited the new Mughal garden which is lovely but someone had put something in the fountains to make the water froth!

It was great to see so many city people out enjoying the park and interesting to hear so many different languages being spoken.
