Look, daddy, a gold eagle.

Today my younger daughter and I went out for a quick bite of lunch in between performances at her dance competition. On the street, she noticed a golden eagle on the air intake cover of a Road King. Shiny enough for a photograph, but too much chrome to obscure us from the shot.

That combined with a Facebook motorcycle group that I started getting more traffic led me to desperately want to ride today.

Just before sunset, I set out on two wheels. It was perfect timing to get rained on, but it was worth it.
