Meet Charlie.

I knew when I put the feeder pole up that the flower border was probably not the best place for something full of seeds - well, not those kind, anyway. However, this little chaffinch hops around under it all day and, together with the other scavengers (the robin, starlings and pheasants) seems to be taking care of the stray seeds for me!
