Have spent some of the afternoon pairing my phone and my ipod to the car. Can now control the phone by voice command from the car...it's the closest I'm ever going to be to being "knight rider". When it starts answering me back, it's going back to the garage!

The rest of the afternoon, aside from shopping and buying the most comfortable and supportive trainers I have ever owned, has been spent painting. Then I accepted that I wasn't going to be able to see it through, that the idea in my head just wasn't going to translate, so I painted over it. Angrily.

I also have something else on the go, which I hope I might finish later, or tomorrow.

Time to go and play "Shred" on the xbox - skateboarding instead of the gym today. Playing computer games is not the sedentary pastime that it once was!
