Crashed out
This is our Ben. Fast asleep. Late nap today! At least we don't have a 9am start tomorrow, at least I don't think so yet.... The pic's only had the levels tweaked a bit, otherwise straight out of the camera. Inspired by Joe's blip yesterday, which I still can't figure out how he did. I've had fun trying to replicate it though. Steve's still having fun trying to replicate it :)
Sash windows all put back in now, and tooth all filled up as well. And not only fixed, but my lovely dentist even finished it off in tooth-coloured composite rather than silver amalgam so the dead tooth is now the only one on the bottom of my mouth that looks like it's not been touched! Ben's been out to play at Hayley's house (he announced this morning that "Ben play lovely Hayley?" (although "lovely" came out sounding like "wobbly" so it was a bit of a case of 20 questions to figure out what he meant. He nodded vigorously when I suggested "lovely?".) "Ben love Hayley!" Aww. I'm glad about that. I had a cup of tea and a cake when I went to pick him up later, and he gave her a cuddle and a kiss to say bye.
Now it's soup and roast potatoes for tea - which I really need to get a move on with, but not before making some toast for me and Steve because otherwise we won't last until teatime - which will be when Ben wakes up.
Hope to catch up on blips tonight, we have a night off tonight! I managed to give Ben's door a sand down and a second coat of undercoat yesterday while the windows were being done, it looks nice now although it needs a fair bit more filling and sanding. At least I can see where it needs filling now though. It's ever so nice sitting in that room at the moment. I really can allow myself to dream about what it must be like living in a decorated house again. It's giving me the motivation to finish the door, that's for sure!
