New Govt Screensaver

I read this article/graphic in last Sunday's Sunday Times and have been trying to find it online since, without success, hence tonight's blip. The graphic should be placed on the screens of every new Minister's PC and kept there.

You may or may not be able to read it, but it explains why countries/governments need to cut like business does to recover from recessions. Finland features, a country with a similar history to Ireland's.
