Female Finch (TWO months of Blipping!)

Spent this evening taking pictures of the finches; as I've so far only got shots of the baby males I thought a picture of their mum would be nice (although one of the males is hiding in the bottom right of this shot). There's a bit of a story behind her, she was bought by Naomi and my mum, along with the dad, about a year and a half ago as a present, I used to have an aviary and really missed having birds so it was a really nice surprise.

PS. TWO months of Blipping and I am hooked - FOREVER!!
