I work at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, an institution I have been visiting since I was knee-high to a daisy.
My day-to-day work as ICT Services Manager often includes opportunities to work with various types of media; time-lapse photography, bird watching webcam feeds and video content for exhibitions. The stuff I don't talk about involves servers, storage and virtual infrastructure.

I am a keen photographer and have always been a little obsessed about recording moments, be it sound or vision.
