I have been a keen photographer since childhood & spent many hours taking photographs & then developing/printing images in my dads black & white darkroom. I did work experience as a photo journalist with our local newspaper several times during my high school years. Once I left school I had several jobs in the photographic industry ranging from taking photographs of diners at restaurants, assisting wedding & glamour photographers, to working as a technician in Brisbane's largest commercial photographic laboratory for over 7 years. Whilst working there I became friends with a blip regular who goes by the name "My Angle". I also happened to meet my lovely wife at work as well. During my time as a technician I worked doing film processing (B/W, E-6, C-41), B/W printing, slide duplication, colour printing, scanning & digital reproduction. Being a Mac Operator stirred my passion for IT & I eventually decided on a more prosperous career in Information Technology. The last 7 years I have worked in IT, but still have a keen interest in photography.
