Transplanted Scot, now an Australian Citizen, living in Adelaide, Southern Antipodes, a lovely spot. Divorced twice, I have early adult kids, both studying and a very understanding girlfriend, who mostly keeps me in line.

After many years in environmental consulting, I have done training in commercial cookery, hospitality and photography. I am now retired and like to fiddle on the interwebs, take photos, eat out and drink beer and wine.
