Annie is 7 years old, she has a rare chromosomal abnormality in her chromosome 10, this led to her having a stroke when she was just 4 months old and then as a cruel blow 2 weeks later she was diagnosed with having pneumococle meningitis, her blood pressure is crazily high and the doctors struggled to get it to a manageable level and we were told to say good bye to her...she proved them wrong and is very much alive and kicking today, but she has been left with brain damage which affects her gross and fine motor skills, she can speak a little and her understanding is great.rnrnThis Blip is to record her progress in life, he little and great achievements as time goes by and to celebrate Annie Barnett! xxxxx
