I'm a purely amateur photographer and I love the outdoors. Hillwalking and cycling are my thing but I'll photograph anything that catches my eye. Moved to Perth (from a village on the north side of Glasgow) in December 2005 and am enjoying being only a step away from some beautiful countryside: landscape scenes aren't too hard to find around here.

Became a dad on 12th September so it's chaos and mayhem at home now! On the plus side I now have an amusing little daughter who can provide a blip if required :-)

I don't always get the time to browse and comment on everyone's amazing images as much I'd like to - I like to get out and about a fair bit, usually with camera in hand.
