I’ve not posted for a while but now I’m retired I hope to have more time for my journal. 

I have changed my profile name from LandscapeGirl as I now prefer to photograph birds rather than landscape.

I’ve not posted for a while but now I’m retired I hope to have more time for my journal.

Update 4th July 2020.
I moved to Dorset about 18 months ago with HereWeGoAgain.  I started a new job which is far less stressful than my previous one.  

I am so lucky to be living in the Dorset area, it is such a lovely County with lots to explore.

I am also now married to HereWeGoAgain.  We managed to tie the knot just before lockdown,.

As life is now a little less stressful I will start my journal again, although I can't promise to post everyday.

I live and work in the South-East.

My job is fairly stressful and I like to escape to the Country as often as possible. The Dorset coast is a favourite spot as is the Lake District.

I took up photography about 3 years ago when I met my boyfriend who is also a keen photographer. Landscape  is my favourite subject apart from my cat Maddie who I’m sure you will see a lot of.
