Why am I known as Troutfish (my name is Tom)? My grandchildren were visiting from USA last year and during the course of a normal day I must have said something to upset E, which is most unusual!!!! She said in her dulcet tones "silly old trout". My grandson Cameron had a big smile on his face and said "Nannie you just called Grandad a trout". He smiled at us and said, in his best Scottish/American accent, "that's a fish - a trout fish". The name is now used by both my grandchildren.

I install design floors for a living and though past retirement age (just), I am still working because I enjoy my job.
