My real passion is wildlife & nature photography. Unfortunately I don't get the chance to get out and about to practice this as often as I would like.

I live with my Hubby who is long suffering & rather laid back. Good job ..... as he has to put up with me.  He may not be Mr Kipling ..... but he does make exceedingly good cakes!

We have two grown-up sons.
The Eldest is an officer in the Armed Forces &  is married with two lovely girls.
The Youngest, is a Senior Manager with a large furniture chain & is regularly 'head-hunted' by their rivals has now decided to retrain as an Electrician. He's had enough of working for others & now hopes to work for himself. He has also started a couple of small businesses which are doing well enough to fund his training & expenses! He has now also passed his HGV Class One! (June 1st 2023)

I guess as they are both doing well .... we must have done something right dragging bringing them up! Really proud of them both!

2024 ~ July & a new chapter begins! Hubby has taken early retirement so life has changed a little. Blip may well take more of a back seat but no way am I giving up on it ... much too addicted!
