I owe my love of photography to my youngest son who inspired and encouraged me whilst he was doing GCSE  and A level photography.
Since then I have become more interested in taking photographs and my main interest was landscapes. However, since joining 'blip' I have also enjoyed exploring macro and indoor flower photography.
I hope that I have improved in the 8 months since I joined ' blip' and I must thank John Gravett and Janet H for persuading me to join. I think the 'blip' community is great and I feel that I have made some lovely 'blip friends'.

2022 update . I now am enjoying taking bird and wildlife photos as well so there should always be something to take!
