I started my blip journey back in 2014, I completed my 365 and then after another month (ish) I ground to a halt!.....4 years later and I thought I’d have another go, BUT I’m going to be a bit easier on myself this time. I WILL allow myself to freely use my iPhone and not get hung up about it, and I might miss the odd day and not worry about it!!
