Let me start by apologizing. This blip will most likely be about food. I am passionate about food and its ability to bring all sorts of people, whether family, friends or even total strangers, together in a shared culinary experience.

I am a fledgling baker, avid reader, lover of a beautiful woman, pouch opener of two very aloof cats; and I wander here and there (yes.. usually a pilgrimage to some renowned food source or other).
