Here we are, settled in North Yorkshire. Somehow, more luck than judgement, growing fruit, veg & flowers on our allotments, loving life in our local community & welcoming friends & family to share in our life here. We have the usual ups & downs of life in sniper’s ally (otherwise known as life in the 60-65 band). Photos feature life here and wherever we happen to find ourselves in the rollercoaster of life!

Still here, happily so  .....
Now finished paid employment ..... for as long as possible ..... With the aim of living differently.

Moved to Ripon, Mary & I are starting afresh in a new place so blips will often feature places and people In our new North Yorkshire setting

5 years on and I’m still here. Happily so. Still featuring people & places encountered through work as an Adviser for the CofE. Still hoping to improve my photography. Still in awe of many entries I see along the way & still using a beaten up Lumix LX7, hoping it'll keep going a bit longer.

Steve Kersys, husband, father, adviser on all things children for the Church of England, excited by the prospect of a one-a-day visual journal, daunted by the quality of entries seen so far. Learning to look up, see more, celebrate more & enjoy more.
