One of my friends (Alecio Evangelista) told me about Blipfoto in 2014  and I decided to make the year-long commitment for 2015, beginning January 1.  So far, I've only missed 2 days (and I really don't remember WHY) and am thoroughly enjoying this experience.  Mostly, I wanted to have a photo diary of sorts, just to catalog what I was doing on any particular day.  Having the homework of posting a photo a day has raised my awareness of EVERYTHING around me.  I find I'm looking for a blip everywhere! 

What I didn't expect was how much I love seeing the world through the eyes of people from all over the world........ the slice of life in Norway, Iceland, France, Germany, England (and many other countries) and even in parts of the US I've yet to visit in person.  The photographers feel like new friends I haven't met yet.   It may be time to organize a Blippers Meet-Up!!!!
