I have a few friends who call me "Dear Brave Sarah" after an animated cartoon dinosaur character. I love that moniker, but the truth is I am afraid of a great many things. These fears make no sense, yet they hold me back and compel me to live at times frenetically..... frantically...

I've decided no more. Its been a hell of a year wrestling these demons, so I've decided to take a more peaceful approach. Motivated by a friend who posts a photo a day, and another who writes a thank you note everyday, I've decided to try and use this site to post something I am grateful for, or happy about every day, or maybe just something I think its beautiful and makes me smile from the inside out.
