PlasticPraxis is a graduate student in the master's program for Applied Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Dallas. She enjoys a multitude of hobbies, the most prominent being: (video) gaming, knitting, crocheting, and reading. She also has a blog, but updates very infrequently due to the long nature of her posts.

She has two pets -- one dog, one cat. Her dog is a ~90 lb. mix named Toto, while her cat is a tabby named Jagermeister (but he goes by Jager. Or sometimes Kitty.).

The purpose of this photo-journal is to remind PlasticPraxis to take a moment or two each day and just appreciate her surroundings. As someone who doesn't handle stress very well, this journal is a reminder to step back and notice the good things that she has.
