I don't know how often I'll post on here, as rarely as possible with any luck.

This is going to be part log, part protest against Edinburgh City Council, their seeming inability to empty my bins and their lack of concern about not doing so.

I've put up with it for years and, in the fourth week of the latest incident, I've now decided to keep a log of all their failings. This was going to be a normal written log so that I had some stats to back me up when I have to contact them, but then I thought of Blip and the advantages of doing it here.
